attn artists: this is what happens when you can’t wait to draw your anime hamster boy fetish untilyou know how the human body works.
Anonymous asked: Do you have to make skeletons of the stuff you want to submit or do you do that?
You can draw them yourself. But if you’re going to send one into me, it has to be incredibly silly looking, otherwise I’ll just delete it.
Anonymous asked: I don't know if you've answered this before, but do you accept submissions of art for someone to redline? I can't draw to save my soul but I know there is something distinctly wrong with this woman's spine: wikipedia[.]org/wiki[/]File: Privat-Livemont-Absinthe[.]jpg
I only do redlines if the skeleton is incredibly silly looking. While her spine does look kinda funny, it’s not enough to put on the blog.

My first skeleton. I know it isn’t good, but I just want to show Total Drama’s hideous anatomy

Since a lot of people have submitted their own art in to be critiqued/redlined, I’ve added a ‘critique help’ tag that you can put on your submission.
I’ve also added a ‘professional’ and ‘base’ tag because both have treasures bigger than the internet can hold.
Have at it everyone!

Anonymous asked: I think I read something about an artist age limit? If I'm 13 and want to post my own art from when I was younger okay? Also, how would you draw a skeleton for a person with eight legs?
Yeah, you can post your own stuff since…well it’s your own.
An eight legged person? That would be interesting.

Anonymous asked: While I think you are telling people to blot out the artist names and watermarks out of good intentions, as an artist, I can say I feel very uncomfortable with that thought. I'd rather be known for bad anatomy than have my art being pasted on tumblr without my name on it. I really wish that you would reconsider your position...I just feel that it is too close to art theft even if you aren't claiming it to be your own but you are using it and altering it...
I see where you’re coming from, I get a little annoyed when I see my own stuff posted to blogs without them sourcing me, or at least acknowledging me.
But those are positive, nice blogs and this one exactly isn’t. I’d rather not since people like to put it on themselves to find someone and troll them. Another blog that made fun of silly art linked to original artists and got taken down because of people trolling the artists. I’d rather that not fall on this blog.
I understand where you’re coming from, but I hope you understand why I have it the way I do as well.
